Hello!
So I just got back from my first Operational flight to Adelaide! This was also my first time to Australia! I was quite nervous again for this because now I'm 'official' and supposed to know what to do... which is kinda scary. It was only my third flight and it was 13 hours long! However, it was so nice. The crew were lovely and really helpful if I was ever unsure. And luckily the time passed fairly quickly :)
I arrived in Adelaide at night time, around 10pm and it was strange because even though it was around 20 degrees celcius, I was feeling CHILLY! I'm far too used to the Dubai heat haha. When I go home I may struggle more than usual with the cold haha. I decided to go straight to bed and then explore the day after. I met up with one of the girls and we decided to have a stroll along the river, do a spot of shopping and head to the zoo :)

But first... breakfast! It was so yummy!

Such a beautiful view of the river from the hotel :)

Shopping for chocolate :) There's a really cute chocolate shop called Haigh's and it first started in Adelaide... so I had to have a little sample! :D

Adelaide University Campus... SO pretty with all the trees and greenery! :)

I saw my first kangaroo! :D

And seeing a giraffe this close was just... can't even explain!

Cheeky meerkats sunbathing!

Wang Wang the Panda! :)

I was kinda scared to get a picture with this pelican haha! Apparantly they have quite a bite!... I kept my distance, ready to run just in case!

Finished the day with amazing walnut and strawberry pancakes and Swiss shakes! Sooooo good but couldn't even finish it :( I loved Adelaide. It's such a pretty little place. I definitely want to go back again :) My last trip for this month is the multi sector to Singapore and Brisbane... I actually can't wait for this one! Stay tuned for all the updates! :)
